Linda Wendt (Kana) VIEW PROFILE

Linda Wendt (Kana)Linda Carol (Wendt) Kana, 66, of Needville, passed away peacefully on February 19, 2016 at St. Luke's Hospital in Sugar Land. She was born on March 5, 1949 in El Campo to the late Emil and Georgia (Sciba) Wendt. Linda started her teaching career in 1972, having taught in various schools from El Campo, West and Loraine, Texas to Terry and Needville High School locally. After she retired with a love of teaching, she continued to substitute for 15 more years. She was an excellent math teacher, while providing a positive influence to her students' lives. Linda was a faithful and dedicated member of St. Michael's Catholic Church in Needville where she was a charter member of the Catholic Daughters.

Kathleen Rolf (Appling)

Linda was such a caring person and so sweet to everyone in high school.  I was so sad to hear about her passing. If anyone knows how to get in touch with her husband, Daniel, please contact me.
